The Welsh Bowls Umpires Association (WBUA) is dedicated to safeguarding the integrity of bowls in Wales. We oversee the training, qualification, and development of Level 1 and Level 2 Umpires, alongside our accredited Markers, ensuring all forms of the game are played safely, fairly, and within the official laws.
